CareTech is recruiting a Wake Night Support Worker for our Goodwins service in Deal, supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs. Deliver person‑centred care, assist with daily living, promote independence, and help residents access activities and the community.

Full training and a structured induction are provided; we value caring, patient, and reliable team players with good communication.

Formación

• Care experience welcomed; full training provided.
• Willingness to work unsociable hours on a rota.
• Enhanced DBS required (paid by CareTech).

Responsabilidades

• Deliver person-centred support in line with individual support plans.
• Assist with daily living skills and personal care.
• Promote independence, dignity and wellbeing.
• Support activities, appointments, and community access.
• Maintain accurate records and work effectively as part of a team.
