Active Care Group is seeking a Night Support Worker in Hexham to care for a male client with complex needs in his home. The role runs 11pm–7:30am on a zero-hours basis, with a dedicated night team and live-in support where needed.

You will provide personal care, assist with mobility, monitor wellbeing, and help with light tasks, all while ensuring dignity and independence for the client.

His family is actively involved in his care and will occasionally stay overnight.You’ll be part of his dedicated night care team, working 11pm – 7:30am, supporting with:Personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)Moving and handlingLight domestic tasksMonitoring overnight wellbeingA live-in team member will also be present during the night in case any additional support is needed.In this role, you’ll support one individual with complex needs as part of a consistent care team, with regular weekly shifts and rotas planned in advance.
