Job summary

Keys Group is recruiting for a night-care role within its Keys Care services. The successful applicant will provide overnight support, respond to incidents, and help maintain a calm, secure environment for residents.

You'll work independently through the night, complete simple domestic tasks, and ensure accurate incident records. The role emphasizes reliability, calmness under pressure, and high-quality care in line with Keys Group standards.

• Providing support when needed, including assisting with night-time care routines.
• Responding to emergencies or incidents that may arise during the night.
• Maintaining a calm and secure environment, helping to create a peaceful atmosphere for the individuals.
• Assisting with light domestic tasks as required, such as tidying and cleaning communal areas.
• Recording incidents or changes in the individuals' condition and ensuring accurate documentation is kept.
• Working independently throughout the night, maintaining vigilance and attention to detail.
