Refresh and recharge in the heart of London's Charing Cross in our 4 star luxury hotel. This grand railway hotel is just a stone's throw from Trafalgar Square and the Strand. Enjoy the buzz of London's busy city streets, world class shopping and entertainment before returning to the peaceful haven of The Clermont Charing Cross.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Food and Beverage Team Member, you’ll be at the forefront of guest interaction, serving food and drinks, taking orders, and clearing tables. But it’s more than just that—you’ll have the opportunity to get to know your guests personally, taking the necessary steps to personalize their experiences and foster loyalty. A genuine passion for quality service is essential, and your attention to detail will help ensure that every guest leaves satisfied and eager to return.

In this role, you’ll also have the chance to enhance your skills through multiskilling, occasionally working across different departments. We believe this flexibility allows our team members to adapt and grow within the hotel, making a positive impact on both guests and colleagues.
