Job summary

The Clermont Charing Cross is recruiting a Food and Beverage Team Member to drive our minibar operation in central London. You’ll keep minibars stocked, clean and well presented, and ensure items are accurately recorded to uphold our high standards throughout guests’ stays.

You’ll work as part of a friendly hotel team at a 4‑star property, with a flexible contract and £13.00 per hour. The role rewards reliability, organisation, and a proactive, guest‑focused approach to service.

Refresh and recharge in the heart of London's Charing Cross in our 4 star luxury hotel. This grand railway hotel is just a stone's throw from Trafalgar Square and the Strand. Enjoy the buzz of London's busy city streets, world class shopping and entertainment before returning to the peaceful haven of The Clermont Charing Cross.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Food and Beverage Team Member working in our hotel minibar operation, you’ll play an important role in ensuring our guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience throughout their stay. From keeping minibars fully stocked, clean, and well presented to monitoring product levels and ensuring items are accurately recorded, your attention to detail will be key to maintaining the highest standards.

You’ll take pride in ensuring each minibar is prepared to our standards, responding to guest requests and queries with a friendly and professional approach. You’ll have the opportunity to create a positive impression through thoughtful service, helping to make every stay feel comfortable and well cared for. The role also involves working closely with other hotel teams to ensure minibar requirements are managed efficiently and that any guest needs are communicated and followed up promptly. We’re looking for someone who is organised, reliable, proactive, and passionate about delivering quality service, with a keen eye for detail.

As part of our commitment to multiskilling, you’ll also have opportunities to support other areas of Food & Beverage and different departments across the hotel when required. This flexibility will allow you to broaden your experience, develop new skills, and make a positive contribution to both our guests and colleagues.
