Job Description:

As a Waiting Staff / Steward with Sodexo at Larkhill Garrison, Larkhill, SP4 8QT, you'll play an important role in supporting military personnel on a Ministry of Defence (MOD) base. Your interactions will directly impact their dining experience, ensuring it is positive and efficient.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Dining Area Setup: Prepare dining areas, functions, and meeting spaces before service.
2. Food Service & Replenishment: Serve meals and replenish food stations to ensure availability and proper maintenance throughout service.
3. Customer Interaction: Provide professional and courteous service to military personnel in dining, retail, and other areas.
4. Cleaning & Hygiene: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene by sanitizing workstations, equipment, and dining areas, adhering to health and safety standards.
5. Event Support: Assist with special events and functions, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
6. Teamwork: Collaborate with your team to complete tasks efficiently and to a high standard.

What You’ll Need:

• Professionalism and Respect: A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and respect for others.
• No Experience Required: Previous hospitality or food service experience is helpful but not necessary. Willingness to learn and adapt is essential.
• Reliability & Flexibility: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs.
