Saturday and Sunday - 0930 - 1330, 1530 - 1900 Split shift

As a Waiting Staff / Steward with Sodexo at Larkhill Garrison, Larkhill, SP4 8QT, you'll play an important role in supporting military personnel on a Ministry of Defence (MOD) base. Your day-to-day interactions will directly impact their experience, ensuring they have a positive and efficient dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Dining Area Setup: Prepare dining areas, functions, and meeting spaces before service to ensure smooth operations.
2. Food Service & Replenishment: Serve meals and replenish food stations as needed, maintaining availability and cleanliness throughout service.
3. Customer Interaction: Provide professional and courteous service to military personnel in dining, retail, and other areas.
4. Cleaning & Hygiene: Maintain cleanliness by sanitizing workstations, equipment, and dining areas in line with health and safety standards.
5. Event Support: Assist with special events and functions, ensuring seamless service.
6. Teamwork: Collaborate with your team to complete tasks efficiently and to high standards.

2. No Experience Required: Hospitality or food service experience is helpful but not necessary. Willingness to learn and adapt is essential.
