The Beefy Boys in Exeter is looking for Waiting Staff to join our fast-paced burger team. You’ll greet guests, take orders, serve food and drinks, and help ensure every guest has an epic dining experience with a smile.

Bring energy, a can-do attitude, and teamwork to keep service flowing and the vibe high, even on busy nights. You’ll be part of a growing crew delivering great burgers and even better memories for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and seat them or take orders with a smile.

What You Need:

• Be a Team Player: You’ll keep things fun by working together with the team to make sure everything’s running smoothly. Bring the good vibes, keep the energy high, and make sure everyone’s having a great time!
• Customer Vibes: You’ll make sure every guest feels like they’re at a mate’s BBQ – from greeting them with a smile to making sure their food and drinks are just right. It’s all about keeping things laid-back and fun!
• Keep Things Moving: You’ll help out where needed, keeping things flowing and making sure customers are happy. Whether it’s running food or chatting with guests, you’ll help keep the pace just right.
• Support the Crew: You’ll be there for your teammates when they need a hand. Whether you’re jumping in to help deliver a meal or making sure drinks are topped up, you’ve got the crew’s back!
• Get It Done: It can get busy, but you’ll stay calm and keep things moving. With a positive attitude and a focus on fun, you’ll help make sure everything runs smoothly!
