We are looking for an authentic and driven Waiter/Waitress (Full-Time) to join us at Kimpton Charlotte Square Hotel and embrace your unique, best self to provide our guests with heartfelt human connections!

Kimpton Charlotte Square Hotel combines traditional Edinburgh architecture with a modern, luxurious indoor setting. Guests can relax in our Garden area, enjoy mouth-watering food at BABA restaurant, or indulge in our state-of-the-art Spa.

As a Waiter/Waitress, we will support you to:

What do you need to be a Waiter/Waitress?

Your main duties include serving food and beverages with a positive attitude, handling customer queries or complaints, and working with the kitchen team to ensure timely delivery of orders. We are looking for someone who:

• Is available to work 40 hours per week across 5 shifts, including weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.
• Has experience in a Restaurant, Bar, or Hotel as a Server, Waiter/Waitress, Barista, Bartender, or Host.
• Is driven to produce results and provide personal, human connections with guests.
• Has a warm, authentic personality, with a can-do attitude and a commitment to service.
• Is willing to work within our team to embrace our service standards and delight our guests.
