Job summary

Carden Park Hotel Ltd is seeking friendly Waiting On Assistants for breakfast service. You will deliver warm, attentive service across our restaurant breakfast team, ensuring guests feel welcomed from the moment they arrive.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service throughout breakfast.
• Welcome guests warmly and create a relaxed start to their day.
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
• Have good knowledge of the breakfast menu, ingredients, and options.
• Ensure guests receive their food and drinks promptly and to a high standard.
• Work with kitchen and restaurant teams to ensure smooth breakfast service.
• Keep service areas clean and well presented.
• Respond to guests’ needs and queries promptly.

Hourly Rate: Up to £12.71 per hour, plus service charge, plus extensive benefits

Breakfast is one of the most important parts of a guest’s day, and our Breakfast Waiting Team plays a key role in making it a memorable one.

We’re looking for friendly, passionate and enthusiastic team members to join our restaurant breakfast team. Working across our beautiful restaurants, you’ll be responsible for delivering warm, attentive service and ensuring every guest feels welcomed from the moment they arrive.

Your day with Team Carden:

• Work closely with the kitchen and wider restaurant team to ensure smooth and efficient breakfast service
• Keep tables, service areas, and the restaurant clean, organised, and well presented
• Be attentive to guests’ needs and respond positively to any requests or queries
• Support your team to create a welcoming, positive, and energetic breakfast environment
• Follow all health & safety procedures and confidently communicate allergen information to guests

Due to the rural location of Carden Park, applicants should have access to a vehicle or reliable transport methods. However we have free regular transport from Wrexham Town centre to the hotel every day.
