Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of inpatient and outpatient waiting lists across Medical Specialities.
• Ensure patient records are accurate, up-to-date and well maintained.
• Utilise capacity effectively and support compliance with waiting time targets.
• Monitor waiting list performance and mitigate delays for at-risk patients.
• Analyse data and produce reports to support operational decision-making.
• Communicate with clinical teams, managers, patients and relatives as appropriate.
