Job summary

Elite Hotels in Hook, England is seeking an enthusiastic Food & Beverage Assistant to deliver exceptional table service in our 2 AA Rosette restaurant and uphold the highest standards of guest experience.

You will support the Senior F&B Assistant, be familiar with the day’s menus, and ensure mise en place, table settings, and equipment handling meet 4‑star expectations.

• To be fully familiar with and understand the day’s menus, including key ingredients and dishes.
• To prepare and lay tables in the restaurant to the required standards ahead of each service.
• To check and complete all required mise en place in preparation for each meal service.
• To ensure the correct handling, storage and cleaning of all food service equipment in accordance with departmental procedures and work plans.
