Job summary

Green & Fortune at Rotunda Restaurant in Kings Place, London, invites an experienced Waiter/Waitress to join a busy bar and dining team. You will greet guests, take orders, upsell where appropriate, and ensure service aligns with health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that guests are greeted and dealt with promptly after being seated at a table and in accordance with the order of service.
• Interact with customers to take food and drink orders and provide recommendations
• Read the table and upsell items when appropriate. Ensure to accommodate special requests if needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant and overall customer satisfaction
• Uphold the highest standards of customer service and professionalism
