Mercure London Bankside is hiring a committed manager with a people focus to deliver consistent, memorable service to our guests. You will work across shifts from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.

or from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m., helping organize your time flexibly while leading a small team in a fast-paced hotel environment. We offer training through the Accor Academy, free staff nights in UK hotels, restaurant discounts, and ongoing development.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality management or supervisory roles.
• Ability to deliver consistent guest service in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English with strong communication and rapport-building skills.

Job Description

Would describe yourself as a committed manager with human knowledge, a distinct personality and someone who can work in a structured way. And, not entirely unimportant; you work varying services from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. or from 3 p.m. to 11 pm.
So you can organize your free time flexibly!

Deliver consistent and memorable serviceto all our guests.

Connect and work together with your team to ensure every guest leaves with a wish to return.
