Job summary

Park Plaza Park Royal Hotel in London is seeking a friendly Waiter/Waitress to join Westway Bar and Kitchen. You will take orders, serve food and drinks, and ensure a smooth, memorable dining experience for guests.

This casual contract role offers an hourly rate up to £15 (including service charge), a base of £13.54 per hour, flexible early morning and late shifts, hotel staff benefits, meal provisions, and travel discounts to support your work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Experience as a waiter/waitress in a hospitality setting.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Flexible to work early morning and late shifts as per rota.

Responsibilities

• Take orders and deliver food & drinks in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Ensure restaurant runs smoothly and guests have a memorable experience.
• Be fully flexible for breakfast (6:00–14:30) and late shifts (15:00–23:30) per rota.

We are looking for ourWaiter/Waitress, who:

• Will take orders and deliver food & drinks in an efficient and friendly manner
• Ensures our restaurant runs smoothly, delivering memorable experiences
• Is fully flexible working in the early morning Breakfast shift (6 am – 2:30 pm) as well as late shift (3 pm – 11:30 pm) as per the rota
• Has previous experience as aWaiter/Waitress
