We are looking for an authentic and driven Waiter/Waitress (Full-Time) to join us at Kimpton Charlotte Square Hotel and embrace your unique, best self to provide our guests with heartfelt human connections!

Kimpton Charlotte Square Hotel combines traditional Edinburgh architecture with a modern indoor feel, offering guests a luxurious stay. Whether relaxing in our Garden area, dining at BABA restaurant, or enjoying our Spa, we cover it all!

As a Waiter/Waitress, we will support you to:

What do you need to be a Waiter/Waitress? Your main duties include serving food and beverages with a positive attitude, handling customer queries or complaints, and working with our kitchen team to ensure timely delivery. We are looking for someone who:

• Can work 40 hours per week across 5 shifts, including weekends, evenings, and bank holidays
• Has experience in a Restaurant, Bar, or Hotel as a Server, Waiter/Waitress, Barista, Bartender, or Host
• Is driven to produce results and provide personal guest experiences
• Has a warm, authentic personality, with a can-do attitude and commitment to service
• Is willing to work within our team to delight our guests
