We are looking for a Waiter to be part of our team at The Hoxton, Southwark, in our Seabird restaurant.

The Hoxton, Southwark, is the third Hoxton in London, known for its colourful history. This area was once home to the famous pub The Prince Albert, where patrons bet on sports from their barstools. We have 192 bedrooms, 2 restaurants—Albie & Seabird—and our first working-from-location not just in London but across Europe! Albie is our all-day neighbourhood dining spot inspired by the French and Italian Riviera. Seabird is our rooftop restaurant on the 14th floor, offering a raw bar, London’s longest oyster list, and panoramic city views.

Seabird features panoramic views and offers sea-to-table dishes with Portuguese and Spanish influences.
