We are looking for a Waiter to be part of our team at The Hoxton, Southwark, in our Albie restaurant.

The Hoxton, Southwark, is the third Hoxton in London. This borough is known for its colourful history, including the site of the former Prince Albert pub, where patrons once bet on sports from their barstools. We have 192 bedrooms, two restaurants — Albie and Seabird — and our first European location outside London. Albie is our all-day neighbourhood dining spot inspired by the French and Italian Riviera. Seabird is a rooftop restaurant on the 14th floor, featuring a raw bar, London's longest oyster list, and panoramic city views.

Albie offers proper breakfasts, comfy seating, modern crowd-pleasing dishes, and a great wine and cocktail list to enjoy in the evening.
