Job Description:

Position: Barista

Hourly Rate: 13.50

Shift Details: Covering full service hours from 8am to 4pm. Flexible shifts available, including part-time and full-time options.

Additional Benefits: Free bus service for staff on the 21 or 460.

We are seeking energetic individuals with excellent customer service skills and a passion for coffee. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and can make a perfect flat white, we want to hear from you.

As part of our contract catering team, you'll serve great coffee and create a welcoming atmosphere for all customers.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare high-quality coffees and hot drinks to order
• Provide friendly, professional service
• Assist with light food preparation, restocking, and maintaining cleanliness of the café area
• Engage with customers to enhance their experience
• Adhere to health, safety, and food hygiene standards

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a barista or in a café setting (training available for the right candidate)
• Passion for coffee and customer service
• Reliable, confident, and team-oriented
• Calm and proactive attitude, even during busy times
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings and lunch hours
