Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Mayfair, London is seeking a Waiter / Waitress to join our Food & Beverage team. You will be a master of craft, delivering exceptional service and engaging guests with warmth.

You will present menus, take orders, coordinate with kitchen and sommelier, and ensure smooth opening and closing shifts in a rotating 40-hour week.

The role requires flexibility across mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays, with a focus on teamwork, integrity and guest satisfaction.

Mandarin Oriental Mayfair, London is looking for a Waiter / Waitress to join our Food and Beverage team.

As a Waiter / Waitress at Mandarin Oriental Mayfair, you will be responsible for:

  • Performing all duties related to restaurant opening and closing shifts.

As a Waiter / Waitress, you will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 40 hours a week. Shift patterns will vary from morning, evening, and night shifts (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.
