Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and introduce the Poolhouse experience.
• Take accurate food and drink orders and upsell when appropriate.
• Ensure timely delivery and check back with guests at the right moments.
• Clear and reset tables with speed while maintaining hygiene standards.
• Operate POS and handheld ordering devices confidently.
• Maintain a clean, guest-ready section throughout shifts.
• Communicate clearly with kitchen, bar, and floor teams.
• Provide proactive service and support during busy periods.

As a Waiter at Poolhouse, you’ll help create memorable guest experiences through seamless service, playful interaction, and great attention to detail. Whether you’re recommending drinks, taking orders, or making sure a celebration goes smoothly, you’ll be the heartbeat of the guest journey.
