Job summary

Poolhouse is seeking a Front of House Runner in Greater London. You will support waiters and the FOH team to deliver guest-first service, quickly delivering food and drinks and clearing tables to keep service flowing.

What This Role Is Here To Do (Role Purpose)

As a Front of House Runner at Poolhouse, your mission is to support waiters and the wider FOH team to deliver smooth, efficient, guest-first service. You’re the glue that keeps the guest experience moving – anticipating needs, delivering food and drinks promptly, clearing tables, and stepping in wherever needed. Fast-paced, on your feet, and full of energy, you’re a key player in making service feel seamless and enjoyable.
