Job summary

Poolhouse Global Limited is seeking a friendly, energetic Waiter to join our Floor team at London Liverpool Street. You will welcome guests, take orders, upsell, and ensure meals and drinks are delivered with accuracy and pace in a busy, high-energy environment.

This permanent full-time role offers £16.00 per hour, on-site London location, and benefits including health support, paycheck perks, and staff events.

• Operate POS and handheld devices with ease.
• Keep the section clean, tidy, guest-ready at all times.
• Communicate clearly with kitchen, bar and floor teams.
• Support teammates during busy periods.
• Help create a relaxed, upbeat environment with pace and professionalism.

As a Waiter at Poolhouse, you’ll help create memorable guest experiences through seamless service, playful interaction, and great attention to detail. Whether you’re recommending drinks, taking orders, or making sure a celebration goes smoothly, you’ll be the heartbeat of the guest journey.
