• Operate POS and handheld ordering devices with ease.
• Keep your section clean, tidy, and guest-ready at all times.
• Communicate clearly with the kitchen, bar, and floor teams.
• Be proactive in solving guest queries or issues with a calm, can-do attitude.
• Support team members during busy periods or shift changes.
• Help create a relaxed, upbeat environment through pace, positivity, and professionalism.

As a Waiter at Poolhouse, you’ll help create memorable guest experiences through seamless service, playful interaction, and great attention to detail. Whether you’re recommending drinks, taking orders, or making sure a celebration goes smoothly, you’ll be the heartbeat of the guest journey.
