Surety Hospitality is seeking a friendly and attentive Waiter for Poolhouse in London. You will welcome guests, take orders, deliver food and drinks with pace and accuracy, and help create a relaxed, high-energy dining experience.

You'll work as part of a vibrant team, communicate clearly with kitchen and bar, and uphold hygiene and service standards while delivering on-brand guest journeys.

Responsabilités

• Ensure prompt delivery of items and check back at the right moments.
• Clear and reset tables with speed and attention to hygiene standards.
• Operate POS and handheld ordering devices with ease.
• Keep your section clean, tidy, and guest‑ready at all times.
• Communicate clearly with the kitchen, bar, and floor teams.
• Be proactive in solving guest queries or issues with a calm, can‑do attitude.
• Support team members during busy periods or shift changes.
• Help create a relaxed, upbeat environment through pace, positivity, and professionalism.

Whether you’re recommending drinks, taking orders, or making sure a celebration goes smoothly, you’ll be the heartbeat of the guest journey.
