We are looking for an experienced Head of Market to lead our sales operations and drive the strategy and execution of revenue growth in the United Kingdom.

This role will also be key in shaping and expanding indaHash’s presence in the market.

The ideal candidate will bring an entrepreneurial mindset, a collaborative approach, strong analytical skills, and a genuine passion for people.

Responsibilities:
  1. Market Strategy: Lead the development and execution of a go-to-market and growth strategy for the UK, positioning indaHash as the preferred influencer marketing partner for agencies and brands across the region and beyond.
  2. New Business & PR: Proactively generate new client opportunities through outreach, networking, PR, and local market presence, establishing indaHash as the go-to brand for influencer campaigns.
  3. Client Acquisition: Identify, approach, and convert high-potential brands and agencies into active clients, driving consistent revenue growth.
  4. Client Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  5. Campaign Management: Oversee the execution of high-performing influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with client KPIs, on-time delivery, and budget adherence.
  6. Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and collaborate with local or cross-functional team members, providing clear direction, performance feedback, and support.
  7. Budget Management: Own and optimize the regional budget, ensuring strategic allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
  8. Market Intelligence: Track industry trends, consumer shifts, competitor activity, and social media platform changes to inform strategy and keep indaHash ahead.
  9. Reporting: Deliver concise, data-driven updates on business performance, client pipeline, campaign results, and market opportunities to CEO.
Requirements:
  • Proven relevant experience, preferably in the Influencer Marketing industry.
  • Inspirational leadership style and hands-on approach.
  • Commitment to integrity, customer service, and positive organizational interactions.
  • Proven experience developing and executing business strategy and related supporting initiatives.
  • Strong leadership and team building skills.
