Strong experience in commodity markets and surveillance tools is required, with English proficiency and a track record in handling complex investigations.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in commodity derivative markets is required.
• Experience in commodity trading is highly desirable.
• Working knowledge of industry-leading surveillance tools is advantageous.
• A risk-management mindset is essential.
• Flexibility to BAU and change is important.
• English is essential; other languages desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform trade surveillance of commodity derivatives and related units using the firm’s monitoring tools.
• Compile and issue regulatory reporting obligations as required.
• Collaborate with London and global teams to manage surveillance coverage and risks.
• Develop and enhance surveillance approaches to meet requirements.
• Lead investigations and report findings per set protocols and senior management.
• Coordinate and deliver regulatory or internal investigations/reviews as appropriate.
• Participate in audits and escalation of issues to management.
• Proactively develop CMS metrics, KPIs, and KRIs.
