Houlihan Lokey is seeking a Vice President in London to lead the execution of Technology transactions within the Corporate Finance practice. You will develop and review financial models, coordinate due diligence, and manage client relationships while mentoring junior bankers.

You will act as a key client contact, contribute to marketing efforts, and collaborate with the Technology team to grow the business. 6–7 years of investment banking experience and strong leadership are expected.

Qualifications

• 6-7 years’ experience in Investment Banking / Corporate Finance.
• Experience in the Technology sector including sell side mandates.
• Strong execution experience on end-to-end deals (closed deal experience).
• Demonstrated experience mentoring Analysts and Associates.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of accounting and applied financial theory.
• Motivated, creative, entrepreneurial with strong client focus.

Responsabilités

• Lead the execution of Technology transactions.
• Develop and review financial models.
• Coordinate and perform business due diligence, lead and execute M&A transactions.
• Prepare confidential information memoranda, management presentations, marketing pitches and other presentations.
• Manage and develop the junior team.
• Build relationships and maintain direct contact with clients, prospective clients and professional advisors.
• Act as a key client contact on transactions, leading client meetings and pitches.
• Assist in initiating and extending group marketing and client development efforts.
