Job summary

Source Group International in London seeks an Engineering Lead at VP level to design and deliver a next-generation trading platform across asset classes. You will define technical strategy, architecture, and standards while partnering with Front Office stakeholders to enable pricing, execution, and liquidity.

The role requires deep experience in investment banking tech, real-time data, low-latency systems, and cloud-native architectures.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in investment banking, electronic trading, or capital markets tech.
• Proven track record delivering Front Office trading platforms across asset classes.
• Experience with Fixed Income, Equities, ETFs, OTC Derivatives.
• Strong understanding of pre-trade tech, pricing, market data, execution workflows, and order management.
• Experience partnering with Trading, Sales, Quantitative, and Product teams.
• Knowledge of electronic trading workflows, market structure, liquidity management, and execution strategies.
• Experience leading engineering teams and large-scale platform transformations.

Required Background

• Experience working with:
