- Experience advising on derivatives and structuring transactions

- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Work with Risk Solutions to structure, negotiate and execute hedging arrangements and related documentation.
- Advise on ISDA Master Agreements, Intercreditor and Facilities Agreements, and related confirmations.
- Provide risk assessments and advisory support to front office stakeholders.
- Facilitate end-to-end execution from structuring to completion.
- Represent the Legal department on internal projects across EMEA and regions
