Job summary

Nomura’s EMEA Transaction Legal team seeks a qualified English-lawyer to support risk solutions through structuring, negotiation and execution of hedging transactions and structured deals. The role requires deep derivatives knowledge and ability to work closely with front office and stakeholders across regions.

The successful candidate will review ISDA Master Agreements, Intercreditor and Facilities Agreements, and contribute to risk analysis while supporting continuous improvement in processes

Qualifications

• Qualified English lawyer with transactional experience advising on derivatives.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; able to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in structuring, negotiating and executing complex transactions.

Responsibilities

• Work with Risk Solutions on structuring, negotiation and execution of hedging arrangements.
• Advise on ISDA Master Agreements, Intercreditor and Facilities Agreements.
• Provide risk analysis and advise internal stakeholders on legal risks.
• Collaborate with front office to move transactions from structuring to execution.
• Represent the Legal department on internal projects across EMEA and beyond.
• Support a culture of inclusion and professional development.
