Job summary

Pearse Partners is seeking a VP-level professional to join its Tech and Services M&A team in London. You will lead sell-side and buy-side transactions, build and review financial models, and manage client relationships across consulting and IT services.

The role requires strong communication skills, 3–8 years in IB/CF/M&A advisory, and a track record in high‑quality deal execution. This is a London-based, client-facing opportunity within a leading advisory firm.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years' Investment Banking / Corporate Finance / M&A Advisory experience.
• Strong financial modelling and valuation skills.
• Experience across M&A, ideally within consulting, professional services, IT services or software.
• Excellent communication and client relationship management.
