Job summary

Goldman Sachs London is seeking a Vice President of PWM Sales Management to accelerate regional client acquisition and advisor productivity. You will shape sales strategy, optimize CRM workflows, and lead AI-enabled initiatives across PWAs, BD Ps, and cross-divisional teams.

You will partner with regional leadership to drive growth, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver an exceptional client experience through strong coaching and data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or CFA/ CFP preferred.
• 7+ years in wealth management, financial services sales, or sales management.
• Proven track record in coaching high-performing teams.
• Strong CRM and sales enablement tech experience, including AI.

Responsibilities

• Lead PWM sales strategy and enablement across London region.
• Coach PWAs and BDPs; share best practices across teams.
• Drive client acquisition, pipeline governance, and cross-border referrals.
• Ensure compliance and risk controls in marketing and advisor activity.
