The position emphasizes sales strategy execution, pipeline management, and adherence to regulatory standards within a fast-paced wealth management environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA) or professional designation (CFA/CFP) preferred.
• 7+ years in wealth management, financial services sales, or sales management.
• Proven coaching experience for high-performing teams.
• Deep familiarity with CRM platforms and AI-enabled workflows.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth strategies and sales enablement for the UK market.
• Design and optimize CRM workflows and AI-driven prospecting.
• Coach and develop PWAs/BDPs to high performance.
• Coordinate cross-divisional collaboration with Asset Management, IB and Tech.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and monitor pipeline and performance metrics.
