Job summary

Finatal is partnering with a leading mid-market investment firm to appoint a Vice President, Transactions. Investing across private equity and private credit, the role leads end-to-end deal execution from origination through to completion, while also contributing to strategic value creation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Significant transaction experience in PE, IB, corporate finance, or M&A.
• Strong modelling, valuation and deal-structuring skills.
• Proven ability to manage transaction processes through to completion.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of private equity and private credit transactions.
• Structure investments, build models, and manage due diligence processes.
• Drive transactions through investment committee to completion.
• Manage legal advisers and external stakeholders throughout the deal lifecycle.
• Lead portfolio transaction workstreams, including refinancings, restructurings, bolt-on acquisitions, recapitalisations, and exits.
• Own transaction timelines, coordinating multiple workstreams to successful completion.
• Support fundraising and co-investment execution as required.
