Job summary

Vitesse is seeking a VP of Pre‑Sales & Delivery for UK/Europe to shape commercial strategy and deliver scalable customer implementations. You will lead discovery, solution design, and proofs of concept, coordinating across Sales, Product, Engineering and Customer Success to accelerate revenue growth.

You will oversee pre‑sales engineering, technical discovery and delivery governance, while driving cross‑functional collaboration and operational excellence across the European region.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in pre-sales, customer solutions or delivery leadership within SaaS/FinTech.
• Experience across insurance tech, treasury or payments domains is highly desirable.
• Ability to lead technical discovery, RFP responses and multi-stakeholder governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead UK/Europe Pre-Sales and Delivery strategy and end-to-end operating model.
• Direct hands-on involvement in discovery, solution design, workshops and demos.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering and Customer Success to drive growth.
• Define governance for delivery, KPIs, SLAs and time-to-revenue objectives.
• Build and scale a high-performing Pre-Sales and Delivery team across regions.
