Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Vice President to own a defined portfolio of PayTech and digital banking relationships within the GPS EMEA Financial Institutions team in London.

The VP will lead client coverage for UK & Ireland-headquartered clients and inbound US/APAC clients, driving revenue, product penetration and end-to-end on-boarding and implementation across payments, liquidity and API-led services.

Qualifications

• Client-facing experience in transaction banking, payments or FI coverage.
• Track record of originating and converting business with regulated financial institutions or payments firms.
• Experience leading relationships directly and with global coverage models alongside headquarters teams.
• Strong knowledge of cross-border payments, clearing, liquidity and transactional FX across major currencies.
• Understanding of PayTech business models, card/scheme settlement, real-time payments, APIs and multi-rail payment models.

Responsibilities

• Own a defined portfolio of established and growth PayTech and digital banking relationships, protecting revenue and driving growth.
• Build client strategies across collections and payouts, multi-currency settlement and API connectivity to position the bank as a scalable partner.
• Lead senior client meetings, negotiations and governance, ensuring compliant and risk-aware engagements.
• Coordinate with regional and home-region teams to deliver cross-region coverage and joint account plans.
