Job summary

Bank of America in London seeks a Treasury Sales Officer for the GPS UK Banks & PayTech team. The VP will own PayTech and digital banking relationships, drive growth, and manage revenue, product penetration, and onboarding through a defined portfolio.

The role requires leading relationships with UK/Ireland clients and coordinating with global teams, ensuring regulatory alignment and effective product dialogue across regions.

Qualifications

• Client-facing experience in transaction banking or payments.
• Direct coverage of PayTechs, PSPs, EMIs, acquirers, or digital banks.
• Proven ability to originate and grow relationships with regulated financial institutions.
• Knowledge of cross-border payments, liquidity and settlement flows.

Responsibilities

• Own a defined portfolio of PayTech and digital banking relationships, including incumbent and growth names.
• Protect revenue through account plans, retention, and upsell opportunities.
• Coordinate with regional teams to manage onboarding, licensing, and regulatory considerations.
• Lead client meetings, RFPs and negotiations with senior stakeholders.
