Job summary

Bank of America in London is seeking a high-potential Vice President to lead the EMEA Merchant Acquiring product portfolio, shaping strategy, growth and client experience across gateway solutions and value-added services.

You will collaborate with senior product leadership and cross-functional teams to drive end-to-end product lifecycle, risk management and governance, with progression toward senior PM or Director-level responsibilities in 3–5 years.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in payments, merchant acquiring, commercial cards, product management, transaction banking or financial technology.
• Strong understanding of merchant acquiring, payment processing, gateways and/or card issuing and acceptance solutions.
• Experience delivering complex products in a regulated environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong analytical, commercial and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive development of merchant acquiring products across the end-to-end payments lifecycle, from onboarding to dispute management.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen client value propositions, improve efficiency and deliver market-leading payment solutions.
• Partner with Technology and Operations to deliver product innovation and ensure successful delivery.
• Define business requirements, influence prioritisation, and manage risks and dependencies.
• Support growth through performance analysis, financial management and data-driven decisions.
• Act as a trusted partner to Sales and clients, translating feedback into product enhancements.
