Role Overview

As the Head of Sales for Europe, you will drive revenue performance across Ookla’s enterprise sector with a progressive approach. Reporting to the Worldwide Head of Sales, you will lead and grow a team of seasoned sales professionals, evangelizing Ookla’s products to enterprise customers across Europe.

You will develop strategic relationships, support your team in closing new business rapidly, and act as a key conduit within Ookla. Your expertise in the telecom industry and customer environments will help identify opportunities, markets, and solutions.

  • Drive revenue and market share across Europe
  • Develop and execute strategic regional sales plans
  • Lead and enable the regional sales team to exceed targets
  • Advocate for the sales team and customers internally
  • Assist in contract negotiations
  • Build long-term strategic relationships with key accounts
  • Collaborate with sales operations and marketing to track goals and pipeline

Additionally, you will hire, motivate, and lead a high-performing team, demonstrating passion for inclusion, diversity, and equity.

Minimum Requirements

  • 10+ years of enterprise technology sales leadership
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to build relationships and thrive in fast-paced environments
  • Proven track record of leading successful sales teams with strong pipeline and revenue performance
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing automation tools
  • Experience selling into new markets with nascent products/services
  • Familiarity with telecom infrastructure technology
  • Excellent communication skills, organized, detail-oriented, and motivated to improve results
  • Knowledge of Ookla’s products or similar offerings
  • Willingness to travel regularly within Europe
  • Degree (B.A./B.S.), with a Master’s or international business experience a plus
  • English proficiency; multilingual skills are a plus
