Allen & York is partnering with a leading tech-enabled sustainability company in the construction sector, offering collaboration tools, e-learning, software, and consulting services.

Our client has ambitious growth plans for the next 2-5 years. They are seeking an entrepreneurial, driven, and results-oriented VP of Sales to lead the expansion of their virtual learning platform across Eastern Australia and New Zealand. The role focuses on new business development, including strategy development, prospecting, and securing partnerships with organizations such as sustainability, supply chain, and procurement leaders in the built environment and related sectors.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, with a consultative, value-led approach, and a strong understanding of sustainability issues within the built environment or infrastructure sectors. Experience managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals in the range of USD 30,000 to USD 50,000, is essential. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are required to engage and influence senior stakeholders effectively.
