VP of Marketing – Mobile-First Consumer Fintech | Series B | Global Growth

We’re hiring a VP of Marketing for a Series B B2C fintech app that’s already reached millions of users and is now gearing up to double that number in the next 12 months. Backed by recent Series B funding and with revenues on track to double this year, this is a rare chance to shape the global growth of a truly mission-driven business.

**You must have experience in mobile-first, app-based, consumer businesses with an international footprint.**

Why This Role Matters

• You’ll own marketing end-to-end — from acquisition and brand to lifecycle and CRM.
• You’ll build and scale the team — currently 6 people, expected to grow significantly under your leadership.
• You’ll manage a multi-million-dollar budget — with full autonomy to invest where it counts.
• You’ll lead global strategy — helping the business expand into high-growth markets while continuing to scale in core regions.
• You’ll report directly to the board — with the chance to influence company-wide growth decisions.

What You’ll Own

• Budget ownership: manage and optimise a 7–8 figure annual spend across global markets.
• Hiring and team design: build the structure needed to hit ambitious growth goals.
• Cross-functional leadership: partner with product, engineering, ops, and more to define GTM.
• International expansion: adapt strategies for high-potential markets (both developed and emerging).
• Data-led decision making: drive efficient, measurable growth while building long-term brand equity.

What We’re Looking For

• You’ve led marketing at Director or VP level in a mobile-first, app-based startup or scaleup.
• You have a track record of owning brand + performance — not just one or the other.
• You’ve scaled across multiple international markets, not just the UK or US.
• You’re comfortable balancing short-term wins with long-term investment.
• You’ve built teams from scratch and understand how to scale fast without losing quality.
• You thrive in dynamic, high-growth environments — ambiguity doesn’t scare you.

Not the right fit if:

• Your background is mostly B2B SaaS, agency, or web-only businesses.
• You haven’t led in a mobile-first, app-centric environment.
• You’ve only worked in single-market companies.
