Job description

Our client is an inspiring, global SaaS company experiencing rapid growth, with a focus on company culture, enriching employee experiences, and sustainable, collaborative approaches. They are seeking a marketing expert to champion their brand, lead demand and awareness efforts for the next growth phase, and manage the marketing team.

This role is based three days a week at the Cambridge office and two days from home. Benefits include wellbeing, healthcare, bonus, flexitime, life insurance, and pension.

Role Overview

As VP of Growth and Performance Marketing, you will shape the company's market position to drive growth, ensure campaigns are targeted and data-driven, and oversee areas from events and content to PR and communications. You will create and execute overarching marketing strategies, product positioning across regions, and demand generation campaigns.

Who are you:

• Experienced marketing leader with over 10 years in SaaS, including at least 5 years in senior marketing leadership roles (e.g., Director, VP, CMO)
• Background in scaling SaaS businesses, ideally with £10m to £50m ARR
• Deep expertise in performance marketing, media planning, digital acquisition, and campaign optimization
• Hands-on experience with paid campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and TikTok
• Proven success in growth marketing, product marketing, and go-to-market strategies
• Effective team leader, capable of managing and growing a marketing team
• Strong understanding of marketing principles across content, social, paid, and organic channels
• Experience in demand generation and conversion strategies for partner and customer marketing
• Curious, innovative, and agile, with the ability to make data-informed decisions
