About the Role

As our VP of Demand Generation, you will be responsible for building and executing the demand generation engine on a Global scale. You will work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer and and drive programmes and initiatives to ensure that we are cost-efficiently generating pipeline and revenue from our marketing efforts across all our markets. The success of your team will be measured by pipeline development, lead generation, and sales success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Global targets: pipeline, revenue and cost efficiency
  • Define and operate our demand-generation strategy
  • Global budgeting, planning and target setting
  • Collaborate with leaders of other revenue teams (Sales, Business Development, Partnerships) to ensure strategy alignment
  • Coach, mentor, and challenge regional marketing leaders
  • Build, iterate and enforce global playbooks that capture best practices
  • Use a growth mindset to constantly experiment with new demand-generation tactics
  • Hiring, organisation structure, and performance management within your division
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to improve the impact of our product releases
  • Work with central marketing teams to prioritise requirements from different regions to achieve our global goals
  • Hands-on support "incubating" new market launches - helping us to establish product-market-fit before scaling market investment
  • Improve forecasting and reporting

Requirements:
  • 8+ years of professional experience in marketing
  • Proven experience leading and scaling successful global demand generation strategies at B2B SaaS businesses
  • Experience creating global "one-to-many" Account-Based Marketing campaigns
  • Experience in building programmatic marketing campaigns
  • Experience working within a "growth" mindset, i.e. running high volumes of structured experiments to improve marketing effectiveness
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Experience leading an internationally distributed organisation within a high-growth SaaS environment
  • Demonstrable success operating globally or across multiple countries
  • Fluent in English is a mandatory requirement for the role
