Job summary

Algolia in London seeks a VP of Product Design to lead the organization owning the Application Layer and Satellite design system. You will shape experiences for developers, merchandisers and business teams, driving AI-native design across surfaces and tooling.

You will set design standards, build a scalable design organization and partner with Product, Engineering and GTM to deliver measurable outcomes for our AI-powered search platform.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in product design in B2B SaaS or developer platforms.
• Demonstrated AI-native design leadership with shipped AI/ML experiences.
• Executive presence and ability to partner with C-level peers.

Responsibilities

• Own product design vision and strategy for the entire application experience.
• Define AI design standards for trust, transparency and human-in-the-loop controls.
• Lead Satellite Design System as a product with governance and adoption metrics.
• Partner with Executive leadership across Product, Engineering & GTM.
