Morgan Stanley in London seeks a highly skilled OTC Derivatives Contract Negotiator (French language) to draft and negotiate master agreements for OTC derivatives and related transactions. You will collaborate with Credit, Risk, Legal and Sales to deliver timely, compliant contracts.

The role requires fluency in French at business level, strong legal writing and negotiation abilities, and prior experience in finance or law firms negotiating trading agreements.

Qualifications

• Degree in law or business administration or equivalent.
• Experience negotiating French language master agreements is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Identify documentation required for clients to trade securities or OTC derivatives and perform due diligence checks.
• Draft and negotiate legal documentation including master agreements, amendments, and ancillary documents for OTC derivatives, repurchase or stock loan transactions.
• Manage client negotiations and related projects to ensure timely execution and completion.
• Coordinate with Credit, Risk Management, Legal and Sales to negotiate terms and respond to questions.
• Maintain and update internal workflow tools.
