Job summary

Citi Global Markets is seeking a skilled professional to join the 1LOD Markets Controls Testing team in Belfast. You will plan, execute and report control testing across trading and sales activities, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.

You will coach junior colleagues, challenge stakeholders on control design, and drive remediation efforts while maintaining strong relationships with Front Office, Compliance, and Operational Risk.

Qualifications

• Experience in Front Office controls testing, audits, or similar reviews.
• Understanding of Markets business activities and related regulations.
• Proven coaching and team leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and report control testing results.
• Supervise and coach junior team members.
• Maintain testing programme timelines and escalate blockers.
• Provide SME input on control design and effectiveness.
