Job summary

Citi Global Markets is seeking a Senior Controls Testing professional to plan, execute and report the results of control testing across Markets Trading and Sales. You will drive rigorous testing, coach junior team members and ensure delivery against agreed timelines.

You will maintain high standards, provide challenge to stakeholders on control design and effectiveness, and build strong relationships with Front Office, Markets Conduct Risk, Compliance and Operational Risk to support

Qualifications

Bachelor/university education preferred, but industry experience and delivery track record is also important.
Experience in Front Office controls testing, internal or external audit, or similar disciplines.
Strong knowledge of Markets regulations and risk controls.

Responsibilities

Plan, execute and report the results of control testing across Markets Trading and Sales.
Supervise and coach junior team members in execution of control testing.
Monitor execution of testing programme to agreed timelines and escalate obstacles.
Maintain high standards and best practice for testing activities.
Provide challenge to stakeholders on design and effectiveness of controls.
Support remediation efforts identified through the testing programme.
