Job summary

Barclays is seeking a Vice President for the MAST Legal team to support principal M&A and strategic transactions. Based in the UK with locations in Glasgow, Birmingham or Manchester, you will lead complex transactions, provide high-quality legal analysis, and coordinate with internal stakeholders and external advisers.

The role requires deep expertise in UK corporate/M&A law, strong leadership, and the ability to manage regulatory risks across multiple jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of UK M&A law and listings rules.
• Experience advising on complex cross-border transactions.
• Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and advise senior management.
