Barclays is seeking a Workforce Change & Restructuring Change Manager - VP to support the delivery of global change and restructuring initiatives from its Glasgow office. The role is hybrid (3 in-office days) and a 6-month contract, PAYE only, based in Scotland.

The candidate will drive initiatives across entities, handling consultations, due diligence, and governance with in-country HRBP and ER teams. Key responsibilities include initiating projects, due diligence, consultations,

Qualifications

• Technical - consultancy, unions, redundancy and relevant legal requirements.
• Project Management skills.
• Show in your CV how you structure and run a program, and track everything.
• MS Excel - experienced in merging sheets, data management, data manipulation, pivot tables, vlookups, and handling large amounts of data in Excel

Responsibilities

• The role holder will drive and support allocated change programmes.
• Support and drive the HR workstream for change programmes such as restructuring, LEE transfers, outsourcing, in sourcing, new site set up, pan entity and across our global locations leveraging in country HRBP, ER and other specialist HR functions as required.
